How long is my delivery time?
We offer FREE to any UK mainland address.
Candles, melts, coasters, cards & posters are all held at our studio & will be sent direct via Royal Mail 48 delivery service.
Our other products are printed on demand & are produced, packed & sent direct to you off site.
Delivery for these products are usually within 5-7 working days.
What shall I do if I’m having problems with my delivery?
If your delivery isn’t going to plan then please contact us right away.

Something is missing from my parcel, what shall I do?
We are only human & very occasionally we may miss something out of your parcel.
If this has happened please let us know & we will get the missing item to you whilst apologising profusely!
Can my order be sent as a gift?
Our candles are a great gift & you can choose a gift box for your candles by clicking on this option when placing your order.
How much is delivery to the UK?
Delivery is FREE to any UK Mainland address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
My parcel was damaged, what shall I do
If you’ve received your order & something has been damaged during delivery please let us know right away at orders@poppy-cock.co.uk
We request that all damages are reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please Include the delivery details of your & order and a brief description of the damaged & a photo. So we can contact the courier to arrange a refund,
No refund or exchange will be given to candles based on product fragrance or colourisation, due to the hand made nature.
Poppycock only replace, exchange or refund products that are faulty or broken & that have been purchased through our own website.
How do I return my Order?
We really want you to enjoy, love and use the item you have ordered.
Due to our items being produced on demand unfortunately we only accept returns if your item is faulty, or broken upon delivery.
